Created on 1995 the Associação Cultural Kinoforum, a cultural and non-profit organization, develops activities and projects supports the development of the language and the cinema production with emphasis to the promotion of the Brazilian audiovisual.

In inter-change with associations and national and international events, promotes the divulgation of the Brazilian and Latin American Audiovisual.

It is responsible as well by the several activities as São Paulo International Short Films Festival - Curta Kinoforum, Digital Screen of Video Festival, Kinoforum Workshops of Audiovisual Filmmaking, Guide Kinoforum for Film and Video Festivals, site kinooikos.com, kinolounge and Short Review.

  The best of short film production promoting an impressive exchange between latin american and internacional film production.
20th Short Kinoforum - São Paulo International Short Film Festival will be held from August 20th to 28th, 2009. 		 
  Several programmations in TV Brasil which exhibits videos since three to eight minutes inscribed by the site and selected by the curadory. On the first edition five short movies were awarded with R$ 60 thousand in prizes.  
  Annual edition containing information about more than two hundred national and international events.  
  Cultural project that produces videos revealing new visions.
Since 2001´s pilot project more than 816 students produced and directed 185 digital short films.		  
  Video exibition, duscussion and reflexion online. Open to filmmakers, students, professionals in education and members/students of independent video workshops.  
  Project developed to the audiovisual experimental. Show hybrid jobs which mix music, cinema and performance live.  
  Short review project, addressed to audiovisual students.
